Ahmad Thamrin Jaini
Ahmad Thamrin was re-appointed to head the Sabah PKR after President Datuk Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail took over the interim management through a Presidential Council to quell the internal leadership bickering in the party's state leadership.

According to Azmin, two more PKR leaders from Sabah would be appointed as Supreme Council members and this would be announced by the president early next month.

Ahmad Thamrin when met said as a party that practised democracy the members have the right to voice out their opinions.
Hence, he welcomed feedback from party members on his appointment as Sabah PKR chief.

"I will respect whatever the members say and I don't see any problem about it," he said, adding he was confident that all party members in the state would work hand-in-hand to ensure PKR excelled in the coming election.
